GiM076 - SWISS HORN BLOWER, 1476

The Swiss didn’t really go in for individual heroes - they were more of a mass
movement - but the illustrated chronicles of the time do show a few figures who
stand out from the rest. The Swiss battle horns were a psychological weapon whose
sound struck fear
into their enemies. As well as his instrument, this horn blower carries a two-handed
sword over his shoulder to show he is ready for action. His full armour marks him out
as part of the colour-guard or one of the ‘forlorn hope’.

This is a limited edition figure. Each miniature comes with a numbered gift card.

28mm sized metal figure, supplied unpainted.
